Why can I not restore a previous version of my mind map?

Hi! I've been trying to restore a mindmap that was strangely wiped out. I even subscribed to Personal account but I can't seem to restore it to the version on Mar 8 ~ 1.30pm Pacific time. I need help! We spent a lot of time creating this mindmap and we really need it restored!
