I am having trouble retrieving my uploaded images. and cannot be downloaded How to fix it?

Does anyone know why the attachments on our meistertask board are showing as purple boxes? We have a free account but have been running it over 5 years.

Does anyone faced with the same problem while using meistertask? Until last week if we added a PDF file to a task as attachement, we could easily open by clicking on it. Now it came back with a pop-up: "Your current browser doesn't have an active PDF viewer. PDF" :(
I don't really understand the message, because if I open a PDF file from the PC than it opens in the CHROME itself… so seems the CHROME has an active PDF viewer.
Let me go musch more further… none of my workmates can open PDF since last week, but only IN MEISTERTASK…
Do you have any ideas what to do?
today our entire team is having problems viewing the attached files.
From one moment to the next it was no longer possible to see the preview of the PDF and even when downloading the document we could not access the file, it gives an error.
Can you please let us know if this bug is temporary and is affecting the community at large, or if it is something that is only happening on our accounts.

Update: Our team has tested and verified a fix for this issue, and will be deploying a fix ASAP.
I was with my customers this morning… I was not able to show them my work… Lost my day.
Please, always test your updates on a POC setup!
