    Hello @Cledson Câmara , I've seen errors like this one in other contexts related to accounts with unverified emails.

    If I'd be in your position, I would start trying to verify first the email account I registered at the beginning. Only after that is done, I'd try changing the email using the normal procedure.

    It would also be easier for other members of the community to help you if you provide a broader context to your issue, for example:

    • Was this a new account or a pretty old and already verified account?
    • Is your account free, or you have any of the paid plans?
    • What steps you followed before seeing that error message?
