Preciso recuperar as informações de um mapa mental que ainda existe

Apaguei todo meu mapa mental do meu trabalho com 1 click na tecla Delete, e na hora que cliquei em Desfazer, para desfazer a ação do click, o mapa mental travou e não funcionou o CTRL Z. Como faço para recuperar minhas informações desse mapa mental? Ele ainda existe, porém as informações continuam apagadas, aí eu preciso desfazer as últimas alterações que fiz neste mapa, para voltar ao normal. Consigo fazer um backup ou algo do tipo?

    Luckily, there is a possibility to view and restore previous versions of your Mind Map:

    1. Click the (i) icon in the top-left corner of the map editor.
    2. Select Versions.
    3. Scroll down through the list of previous versions and click the one you'd like to view.
