2FA - phone lost - How to access account?

Hello,

I've already written the support but didn't get an answer yet. That's why I hope for solutions in here.

I've lost my phone so I can't get access to my account on MeisterTask cause I activated the two factor authorization to it. And now I don't have any clue to gain access back without my phone...

Is there any idea for solution or workaround? When I try to log in I'm asked to type in a recovery code which I don't have.
