    Hey @Jaxo and @Olaf Roeb Happy Monday, but sorry to hear about this issue - I am not aware of any incidents on January 6th which would have caused data loss, but I'll be sure to investigate with the team today.     Hey @Jaxo , did you lose data in MeisterNote yesterday (Jan06)? I'm asking because I lost data of half an hour's work, too, and I also don't really understand why.

    ok,@Jaxo I think we need to wait until Monday and see if @Andrew Lapidus has more information. If isolated events or connected, like us he will certainly not like it and dig into the logs with internal resources. I would suspect buying premium will likely not solve the problem.
