[KNOWN BUG] Why do I get error 500 when trying to change my email account?

I try to change my email account.

I received link by mail but link is on 500 error...

So it is not possible to change my email account :-/

Sorry for the headache here - we've been able to duplicate this bug, so I'm alerting our developers to fix this issue ASAP.

In the meantime, I'll reach out to you via DM to change your e-mail manually.

Just to make sure, have you tried following the step by step instructions in this help article?

Edit Your Personal Information, Password or Email Address

The fourth point describes precisely how to proceed with an email change.

In case you keep having issues, could you please share a couple of screenshots of the email, link you receive, and error you get?
