How to add a username and password when I created my account through Google?

I originally created my account through my Google account, but I want to now create a username and password native to MindMeister. When I go to add a username and hit save, it looks like it saved, but then when I go back, it's not.

When I go to edit my password, it says there's an error and asks me to enter my current password, but I don't have one since I created the account through Google. So I continue to get an error.

Also, I thought through the paid personal account I was supposed to get email support but I'm not seeing how to access that...

Help?

Thanks

Hi @lilsavgrad01 - thanks for reaching out! Sorry for the frustration here.

We recently had a bug which affected how users could change account settings related to Google SSO — it seems like it may have reappeared. I've flagged this again for our developers to take a closer look.

In the meantime, I've reached out to you via DM to give you a temporary username and password in the backend.

    Hope this helps,

    Andrew
