Although I paid already, I have not upgraded from a Basic to a Personal account. Please help me!

I paid an invoice to upgrade my account from Basic to Personal. My Visa card had reduced money yesterday, but my account has not yet been changed.
I can not find any support on the Meister application, so I am posting my issue on this Communication to find your help.

Just to be sure: did you logged out and logged in again?
If yes and it didn‘t changed something in your account I guess @Andrew Lapidus can help you.
