Why can't I view previous versions? I accidentally deleted my work

I'm doing revision for my exams and was doing a mind map about the topic and I checked and I should be able to view my previous versions but its not allowing me to past a certain point after the deletion. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Hi @mel and welcome!

    I just had a look at your account and see you're on a Basic plan. Users on the Basic plan cannot restore versions at all from their history, they can only see past versions.

    Could you try clearing your browser cache/trying the same action in private mode? If it still doesn't work, a screen recording and your browser/system information might help us investigate this issue further.
