Why is the first character always not in Japanese and others are?

I'm trying to enter text in Mindmeister, but the first character is always not in Japanese.
I don't know where to start to make inquiries.
What should I do?

マインドマイスターで文字の入力をしていますが必ず最初の文字は日本語になりません。

問い合わせもどこからすればいいかわからないです

どうすればいいでしょうか?

    Have you tried logging out of MindMeister, clearing your browser cache, and logging back in? I'll get @Andrew Lapidus and @Miša Hennin on board just in case. It could also be that a small bug has crept in 😉

    Thanks for reaching out! This sounds like odd behaviour.

    Could you try clearing your browser cache/trying the same action in private mode? If it still doesn't work, a screen recording and your browser/system information might help us investigate this issue further.
