When I try to create a meistertask task on a mindmeister child, it doesn't work. Shows an error or take me to meistertask but do not open the project.

This happens on all tasks. It happens on my chrome browser as well as edge.

I'm a pro in mindmeister and basic meistertaks. This is not happening to my other team collaborator that is basic mindmeister and meistertask.

I have read this is an old problem.

    Have you tried logging out and back in, or testing with a different account to see if the issue persists?

    Thanks for the suggestion, but it didn't work. The issue seems to have started when I upgraded to a Pro subscription. It works fine with other accounts that have a basic subscription. Do you have any other ideas?
