Please move Conversations/Activity selector below comment box

It confused me because I thought it was setting context for the multiline text input and that you could enter a comment in Conversation mode, or a different sort of update in Activity mode. I've since realised it's just a comments box and the selector only changes the level of detail shown in the history UNDER the comment box.

So please move it down, perhaps rename it and add some headers and labels.
