Billing Issues - I was charged but my account is still basic
I am having an issue with Meister Task. I subscribed to Meister Task Pro Student account two years ago. Since then, I have been charged every year, but I haven't really been using Meister Task anymore. That is not the main issue, though.
The main issue is that I was charged again for the yearly bill in the beginning of April this year. Now, when I access my account, the one that I was billed for, it says that it is still basic and I don't have any of the Pro features, including contacting support directly.
I am extremely upset and unhappy with the fact that Meister Task feels free to charge my account, but does not give me access to the features that they clearly charged me for!
I would really appreciate if anyone here could help me with this issue or direct the question to someone from Meister that can help me.
