🎓 What comes after a brainstorming session? (Academy News: Free online course)
Hi everyone 👋,
do you ever pause, look around and analyze where you currently are? If you do, then congratulations! You have already achieved the first step necessary for achieving a goal. Mind maps are a great tool as they enable you to conduct all kinds of analyses and evaluations. A SWOT map will quickly show you strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Sounds easy, right? But sometimes, you end up with a bunch of crazy ideas and no idea what to do next. So that's where this course comes in.
The next step: Categorize your ideas.
In our free online course, @Liam Hughes, founder of Biggerplate.com, shows you how to categorize your ideas and make sense of them. You can use notes and comments to clarify your thoughts.
In this course, you will learn:
- How to capture and categorize ideas and information for your SWOT analysis during a brainstorming process.
- Study time: 15 min

Yes, so super important to not forget that a precondition of successful brainstorming is freedom, no criticism or preselection is allowed while developing ideas. But at some moment we have to ground, evaluate the ideas, select the fittest, and somehow agree on starting action without too much procrastination.
Vice versa I guess it's also important to systematically go back into the ideation phase from realization when reviews show the results might be insufficient. Or strong, game-changing ideas come up that didn't show in the first brainstorming session. SWOT might help both ways.
Another great course, Cornelia!💪Thank you!😄2
Super impressed by this series already — clearly structured, excellently presented with a very obvious value for decision-makers. Just another reminder that even the best tools are no substitute for expert insight, coaching, and training. Thanks @Cornelia Patscheider and @Liam Hughes!2
