Is there a live chat or contact number for the billing team, as they have deducted this months subscription, 5 times from my account today!!

    Our team is aware of an incident yesterday that briefly caused some users to be charged multiple times for a renewal. Our team has already identified the affected users, and refunds for the unintended charges are already being processed — they should appear on your payment method ASAP.

    Hi I have the same problem. They charged me 5 times for annual renewal this night.
