Ask the company to open email ideas to the new basic start up so that the can send input and ask

The new free accounts have questions that they would rather the company answer , instead of trying to initiate these questions into a community forum that may be uncomfortable to ask. Please open your email address to the new basic, free, program so that we can ask questions directed at the company, so that we truly can be comfortable getting our feet wet and jumping in. It just doesn't seem right that the new bees can't even speak with the company. It kinda makes me feel left out as a new customer, and it concerns me that you may not have enough help in your back office, if you don't have time to answer fresh business, sitting in the wings, if you will. Please open your email to everyone equally.
