Como excluir um usuário proprietário de um projeto? (How to remove a project owner)

Good morning,

When trying to delete a user who is no longer part of the company's staff, I receive the following message:
"The member cannot be removed. There must be at least one non-external member in the project"
He is as project creator and I can't delete him.
What should I do?

I have referred this to support because we will have to change the ownership of the project to allow the user to be removed.

could you please describe your issue in more detail? What are you trying to do? It would be helpful to see a screenshot of the project settings.

Hi Cornelia, thanks for your message. So one of my work colleagues using Meistertask created this project on the screenshot. They left the company and were the only administrator. Now I want to modify or at least delete the project, and I cannot do that because that email does not exist anymore. How can we tackle this?

Hi Elena,

that sounds tricky, seems like the offboarding didn't go as planned. Unfortunately, only the Project Administrator can delete the project. And only the Project Administrator can make other people Project Administrators.

I don't think there is anyway that you can delete or modify this project at the moment. I would recommend that you reach out to Meister's support team.
