How to move iOS pro subscription to WEB?

Hi,

I am using Meister task pro subscribed thru IOS and wanted to upgrade to Business but thru WEB…

Can I move but keep all projects I have already created ?

Hi @JeanEhlinger,

You can absolutely upgrade to Business on the web app. However, first, you must cancel your subscription through iOS:

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button.

Your projects will not be lost. Once you've got your Business account via the web, you will see all of your projects there too.

Hi @JeanEhlinger,

I'm sorry I didn't explain properly! Your subscription was set to run out on July 15th so you're still on Pro until July 15th when you'll be downgraded to Basic.

If you're happy for me to do so, I can downgrade you to Basic today in the backend, which will allow you to buy a new Business license.

Does that make sense?

I did cancel my existing subscription on Appstore but from the web page and using my existing account I have no way to upgrade to Business, Always for a message telling that I cannot upgrade from WEB but need to come back to IOS….

If I create a new account I guess that I will not keep my existing projects….?

You are now on MeisterTask Basic and can upgrade to Business.

Thanks I could try to upgrade to Business, but I tried to pay with my Visa card, the payment was approved by Visa system after entering an OTP, but then the web page came back to Meister task a message rejected my Payment due to a wrong CVV !!!

This is totally wrong, if the Visa system accepts my payment I guess that even my CVV is correct.

Can you escalate my request to your financial dept to check this issue or give me another way to pay from my company account.

Moreover I saw that after approving my payment your system wanted to open this page
