Meisternote est très lent VERY SLOW

Je travaille sur meisternote depuis plusieurs mois. L'outil est toujours très très lent, il freeze et je ne peux plus cliquer nul part au bout de 2 minutes d'utilisation. C'est impossible pour travailler.
Pour l'instant j'utilise la version gratuite, est-ce que le problème viendrait de là ou belle et bien de leur serveur qui n'est pas assez puissant ?

I've been working on meisternote for 2 months. The tool is still very, very slow, it freezes and I can't click anywhere. After 5 minutes of use. I just can't do it.
For the moment I'm using the free version, could the problem be coming from there or is it really their server which isn't powerful enough?

Hi @Charlykb, thanks for reaching out! I can see that there was a brief slowdown in MeisterNote's performance yesterday around 4pm CET, but if you've been experiencing this for a couple of months, it might not be related.

We haven't received any performance related issues for MeisterNote lately — could you send me your browser and system versions/information? Then I can investigate a bit more closely with out team.
