🪲 [Possible Bug] Slack Integration Connection Not Showing Up

Running MeisterTask Version 3.0.6 (3.0.6) on Mac OS Ventura Version 13.1 (22C65).

I have MeisterTask configured to post updates to Slack and I'm having a problem where it's posting twice. This happens because I will set up the integration and then my colleague will also set up the integration because she thinks it hasn't been set up because it doesn't "show up" in the project settings > integrations section. Here are screen shots.

This shows the double posting in Slack:

This is what the integrations screen is showing in MeisterTask:

I have verified there is not an automation set on the individual section, and it's double posting changes from all sections.

The integration does show up on the Slack side, but only once:

If I remove the integration from the Slack side to try and reset it, when I make another change in MeisterTask it just links itself back up again, twice.

I have also checked to see if the integration is visible in the non-browser wrapper version — just straight in a browser — and it is not there either. I don't see any way to view the integrations on the mobile app.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

@Andrew Lapidus is it possible for you to submit this to tech support or should I submit my own ticket?

@Andrew Lapidus checking in on this. Is there any way for you to "undo" the Slack duplication on the backend? I feel like I used to be able to do this by removing the integration from Slack but now I can't and the double notification are getting ridiculous!

Hi @Channing Kelly — sorry to follow up late again, I saw that our Support team was handling your ticket but it appears that perhaps their e-mails didn't go through! Forwarding their message here:

Just to make sure we understand correctly: You set up the Slack automation for a project and your colleague set up the automations for the same project because she couldn't see that the automation was already there? And Since then, you are receiving the updates twice?
