Guest User needs password reset

Hi @Andrew Lapidus ,

I wonder if you can assist please. I have a guest user who has lost their password, they have requested a reset but the response(s) came through at 3am, with a short validity, meaning by the time they woke up the reset had expired.
Is there another way to reset the password or a speedier request process?
