[CURRENT BUG] Is anyone else having major ipad syncing issues at the moment?
Is anyone else having major syncing issues at the moment? Iphone version works fine with all tags displayed but the three ipads we use aren't showing all of the tags that have been created…pretty odd.
All of them are showing up on the web version. Some bug with the ipad version at the moment? Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and logging in and out

Hey, unfortunately not. The developers are apparently aware of it. Not all tasks are searchable via tags. If you uninstall and reinstall on ipad only the first 100 tags created will sync, the rest will not show up at all.
So we have different ipads with varying levels of syncronisation. The web app is the only one that's fully accurate and the ipad where the tags are initially created.0

This shouldn't be the case! Could you share the following info so I can pass it on to devs for investigation:
- Device model
- Is it just tags you're seeing sync issues with?
- Please enable support access.

Hey Miša,
Both are Ipad Mini 5th Generation running iOs 16.6
Only seeing syncing issue with tags on those ipads.
Support access is enabled

Unfortunately I have this issue too again since 3 days.
At the moment the best solution is to log out and log in again…
I have an iPad Pro 11th Gen., iOS 16.6
The impossible does not exist! The solution has just not been found yet!

For sync issues, we need to know exactly what data wasn't synced.
Please re-log in to the app so that you start with a clean slate. Then make the changes you'd like to make and when it doesn't work, let us know exactly what wasn't synced.
