How can I delete a team member to release a license?

Hello, I followed the procedure for deleting a member to release my licenses, and this action is impossible, I have no message, it does nothing, I cannot modify, activate, deactivate, and more at least delete it, what should I do thank you to know if I continue with Meistertasck or not

Mon anglais n'est pas très bon, donc je disais que j'ai bien suivis la procedure pour la suppression d'un membre pour libérer mes licences, et cette action est impossible, je n'ai aucun message, ça ne fait rien, je peux pas modifier, activer, desactiver, et encore moins le supprimer un membre, que je dois je faire merci, afin de savoir si je continue avec Meistertasck ou pas
