[POTENTIAL BUG] Missing Outlook Emails

Hello! My team uses Meistertask by intergrating an Outlook group email, with all emails populating on Meistertask as tasks. For the past few weeks we have been having issues with emails from a specific person not showing up. We’ve been waiting for it to fix itself but are running out of patience. Does anyone have a solution or something we can try? Thanks!

I'm going to inform the Meister Team. I'm sure, they'll get in touch as soon as possible and will assist you. The problem you described here, can have many different triggers, that possibly could also be found on the side of the specific mail Address 👀

I'm crossing my fingers for a quick solution.
