Merging bubbles/ topics into one

Hi,

I strongly believe there should be a feature where if you have three bubbles (siblings) there should be an option where you can link all three bubbles into the next bubble added below (child), see below attachment for visual. I know you can use connection arrow's but it gets messy, and I want it to be clear they are all linked into the next step.

Please consider :)

(Figure 1. solid lines instead of arrows)
