Hi! Has anyone encountered such a problem? The site crashed and part of the map disappeared. How can I restore it now? The saved versions do not have the required option.

Unfortunately, restoring your mind map is a paid feature. Please upgrade to restore previous versions. However, if you cannot see the information in the version history, it is unlikely that the changes were synced with our servers, so restore will also not find them.

MindMeister requires a strong and stable internet connection to work correctly.
