Allow formatting of date and time

The date and time formatting is taken from the account settings, but there is no option to change it. Most other apps allow date and time settings to suit the user. MeisterTask displays the time in 12 hour format for my region and I'd like 24 hour format. Same issue for date.

Second this. Kind of sloppy to assume date and formatting preferences just based on preferred language, especially since the amount of languages to choose from is very small.
