Meistertask extreme slowness

We are having an issue today with Meistertask being extra slow, and not automatically updating. This applies to both the website and the Windows app, and for all users at our company, on and off site. Manually refreshing gives us the spinny indicator for 2-3 minutes, sometimes longer.

Projects will not automatically update when a new task is added/modified – users must manually refresh. I don't believe it to be our internet connection as every other website or web app we access is working fine.

I emailed support but I am wondering if anyone else is having the same issue.

Sorry to hear this. We did have an issue on Friday.
