Why am I unable to add new credit card?

Hi There
I've been a Meistertask Pro user for several years, my credit card expired and I'm trying to add a new card but have no luck, once I click on the little pen in the billing section, all I get is a blank page saying "forbidden" (see screenshot), anyone having the same issues?

Also on mobile, it says I'm in the Free version of meistertask but on desktop it says im in the Pro version.

I would like to get this issue solved thank you
