How to restore the old project status

There were two members in one project. One member did not attend the project for a long time and when she came back and logged in, the tasks did not synchronize. We first tried to un-assign the 2nd member and then re-assign her. After she was re-assigned, the whole project synchronized to her old project status.

Is it possible to restore the old project status from before we re-assgned the 2nd member.

that's an interesting issue. What device did she use to log in? Did she use a PC/Laptop with the normal browser? Or a mobile phone (iOS/Android)?

On the mobile phone you can try to manually synch. Here is a short tutorial of how this work.

So just to clarify, the project that she can see is now a different status than what the rest of the members can see?

sie nutzt ein Ipad und die Meistertask-App.

Jetzt sind wir alle auf dem selben Stand, nämlich dem Stand vor 3 Monaten. Alles was dann dazu kam ist weg, auch TAGS, neu erstellte Spalten usw.
