screen shots in emails

I receive a lot of emails with screen shots in emails (Outlook). When I crate a task, it scrapes the text and puts it in the task. However, the screen shot is not there making the email meaningless.

It also seems that some items are created as attachments (from my signature line). The images in the body of the email are not there. Many times there are 3-10 images and simply having a list would not help all that well without some marker as to where they belong in the body.

The system also seems to use the subject to make email links. If the user uses the same subject line with multiple emails, then I only get one link to the email. I then loose my other emails.
