Do other project members see when I archive a project?

I would like to tidy up my bar on the left with the projects so that only current projects are displayed there.
Now to my question: Do the other project members see it when I archive projects?
At best, they should still see the projects, but I only want to archive the projects for myself.

If you're working on a project with a team, they will see when you are archiving it. This is needed for a smooth collaboration. Archived doesn't mean delete. This means, everyone can still search for the projects and open/restore them.

To clean up the project overview of your sidebar, you could create a 2023 folder and move the projects, that still need to be active but not to be seen in your sidebar, into the related folder.

Please keep in mind, that every user is responsible for the overview of their own sidebar. So, if you create such a folder and tidy up all projects in your account, that doesn't mean that the sidebar of the others will look the same 😉

Ah, I see! That sounds good with the folders. How do I do that? Do I need the business version? Unfortunately I don't have that.

If you have a pro account, you already have the option to create project group folders in MeisterTask 😉
