Can't add tasks or add files after some time.

This problem has only come up lately, using both the Windows "application" and MeisterTask in a web browser. After sitting idle for some time (an hour, or more), if I go into a Project and try to add a task by using the "+" icon, it will appear to add the task, but then I can't access it. I have to quit the application or refresh the browser window, and then add and work on the task again. Also, any projects I move around in groups do not save those changes, and I find myself having to organize projects several times, because there's no indication that the change wasn't accepted.

I'm on Windows 11, using both the MeisterTask application, and in Mozilla Firefox.

That sounds odd!

Please try the following to solve the issue:

• Delete the cache and cookies of your browser and close the browser afterward to ensure the deletion of the cookies has been confirmed (instructions for Google Chrome & Android here for Mac here).
• Use the incognito/private mode of your browser (instructions here).
• Try using a different browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
• Please check the app is up to date.
• Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
