Is the Search in MeisterTask also gone? Do you know something about that?

The black sidebar is the same across MeisterTask and Note. You can find the search in the same place as Samuel showed.

Ok… so i cannot search tasks on multiple Projects at the same time anymore?

To answer your question, yes, you can search tasks on multiple projects at the same time. No worries :)
