Access Expiring

I have not been able to access my tab due to a yellow triangle that says my access has expired. I am in need of all the information that was on there. Is there any way of getting back into it without loosing all my information?

I am not sure if I understand the situation. Could you please provide more detail? For example, what app or feature are you trying to access? Where exactly are you clicking? If you could please screenshots than this would be really helpful.

You could also try the following to see if anything changes:

• Clear the cache and cookies in your browser.
• Use a different browser.
• Open your account in incognito/private mode.
