I can't access a mind map
When the other user shares the link and adds my email to access their mind map I get the following notification when I click on the link "Sorry, we couldn’t find what you were looking for. It may have been moved or removed."
I have a Personal account so there is no limited to the number of mind maps I have.
The other user has also tried adding me to their team but I still get the same notification.
Can someone please help me?

Hi @Harriet Yorston,
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing troubles. Please make sure that you and all collaborators work with the new editor. Sometimes this error appears when one of the collaborators is still working with the old editor. You can find more information about the editor here in the Help Center.
Here is a screenshot where you can see the old editor. To switch to the new editor, please select "Take me there" in the bottom, left corner.I hope this help :)
