Already purchased and still not working.

Hello everyone.

I purchased the Pro - version for Mind Meister and still could not use, and also could not access any file that I had done before.

And the day that I purchase is 22th March 2024, but the expiration day is 16th March 2025.

Is there anyone know the issue?
