Bugs in the platform (can not share a map)!!!

For a few weeks now I've been trying to share my maps with my students (after all, I teach using maps), and it keeps loading.

It's an eternal shipment that doesn't go anywhere. I pay for the personal plan and before it worked normally.

The problem is that I use this as a work tool, and I need to share it.

Please help me!
