How do I share my map? (BUG)

For a few weeks now I've been trying to share my maps with my students (after all, I teach using maps), and it only keeps loading forever.

It's an eternal loading that doesn't go anywhere. I pay for the personal plan and before it worked normally.

The problem is that I use this as a work tool, and I need to share it.

Please help me.
