I've lost all the data from my MindMap due to the service Bug and got no support

Hi there,

That sounds unreal, but I got a large mind map and just made 'duplicate' oparation. After that I got two empty mindmaps with default data!

Then I created support ticket (I'm a paid user) but didn't recieved any feedback.

Is there any other way to reach support? It's just freaking me out…. I just can't imaging that such a basic 'duplicate' featre could ruin you data in such old and mature service like MindMeister…. :(
