Urgent Transition to Professional Plan

I would like to transition my Personal Plan account to a Professional Plan and manage a team. I have learned that I need to downgrade the original account to a free plan first. If I have prepaid for a year, do I have to wait until the license expires to make the transition? Due to the recent reduction in the number of attachable files, our operations are being affected, and I would like to transition as soon as possible. Thank you.

    Hi!

    I just checked your account and it looks like your Personal plan is set to autorenew on 19.05.2024.

    You can disable auto-renewal and then pay for the Pro plan on 20.05.2024.
