I only have 2 projects but can only use one, why?

Can you please check, if you have been invited to another (external) project? In this case, the external project will also count.

I have the same problem as @Nocturne Summer. I have 3 projects and can use only one project since the 3 project limit. I`m not invited to any other projects. My team colleagues don't have this problem. Really strange and unfortunately you can't contact anyone as a Basic user.

sorry that you are experiencing troubles. I am interested in of your statements: "My team colleagues don't have this problem." You and your team mates should see exactly the same projects.

I would recommend: Please check with your team, if you are invited as a project member in all the projects they see. They could open for each project the project settings. Then go the Share tab, and look in the list of users if you are on the list. If not, they can invite you to the project and then you will be able to access the project.
