Billing issue

Has anyone else had billing issues? We love this app but will have to cancel the app and file a fruad incident with our credit card company. The first billing we were overcharged and then 2 weeks later the company has charged our credit card again. I have attempted to reach out via the email contact and have gotten zero response. Doe anyone on here have a phone number for the U.S. ?
