I've checked the existing payments you attempted and it says that the processor declined the payment and you should contact your bank for more information.

Yes, I have followed all these steps. I have replaced an expired credit card with a new one. and contacted the bank to inform them that the card had been unlocked And I can use this card to pay online elsewhere. But I can't exchange for a new card at Meister Task.
