My account just downgraded even though I am a paid account.

I just tried to edit my projects and received a message that I have to upgrade to the pro plan to have more than 3. I have been a paid pro member for over 6 months now so do not understand what has happened and Meistertask doesn't appear to have a customer service number to speak to anyone.

Did something change with Meistertask plans?

Super frustrated!

    Hi Andrea,

    I just checked in the backend and can see that you are a paying Pro customer. Do you maybe have two accounts?

    Sometimes users sign in with a second Basic account and think they've lost access to the paid account but really it's a different account. Please double check your email address is the correct one.
