Subscribing to Business Account

I am an individual utilizing MindMeister through personal devices and web browser. Recently, I attempted multiple times to subscribe to a business account to take advantage of the additional features offered. However, the subscription process did not complete successfully.

I am writing to inquire if the issue may be related to a restriction that prevents individual users from subscribing to business accounts, and if I am limited to personal accounts only since Business account option is suggested only when I use web Browser.

I recommend using the web browser for the corresponding registration or upgrade. As far as I know, you can of course register for a business account. Even as a single person 😉

Hi @Amr Al-Dandashi , Jörg is correct - You can definitely purchase a Business license even as a single user :).

I checked the back end and see the three payments you attempted did not go through.

Do you have a different payment method you could try? We accept PayPal, credit card or via iOS & Android app store.
