Do not cross off completed tasks

I wish MT didn't cross out completed tasks, as it becomes difficult later to have an understanding of what has already been resolved.

There could be another way of identifying solved tasks, for example, a small green circle with a completed check icon on the task, and perhaps a slight change in the color of the task, for example, the background would be light gray instead of white, but if If it were at least the icon without changing the background, it would be great.

+1 on this idea. It would be nice to have a preference setting for this per board. I've been using Meistertask to organize a meetup for years now and I have a board where each card is a past event. I'd love to have the text not be stricken out and the thumbnail to be not greyed out so I can look back through events. Because Meister task can't do this, I actually hold this archive in Trello. I'd rather just do it all in Meistertask.
