what happens if I leave a team? and change to basic from pro

When you leave a team in MeisterTask and change your account from Pro to Basic, there are some important changes and effects:

Leaving a team

Tasks and projects: You will lose access to all projects and tasks created in the team. These will remain in the team and other team members will still be able to access them.

Notifications: You will no longer receive notifications about activities in the team's projects.
Assigned tasks: If tasks were assigned to you, they will no longer be visible in your dashboard.

Switch from Pro to Basic

Number of projects: As a Basic user, you can only have a maximum of 3 active projects at the same time. All other projects are archived and are no longer active.

Functions: You will lose access to advanced features included in the Pro version, such as automations, time tracking and advanced integrations.

File attachments: The limit for file attachments will be lower. While Pro users can upload larger file attachments, Basic users are limited to smaller files.

Support: Access to priority support will be restricted and you will only receive basic support.

To note

Data: Your data will not be deleted, only access to it will be modified according to the new restrictions.

Upgrade: You can upgrade back to a Pro account at any time to get full access to your projects and features.

After quitting the team, I still have access to the projects. Can it be because projects was created before the team?

I just wanted to add some clarification to the great overview that Joerg posted above:

• "After quitting the team, I still have access to the projects." —> Yes exactly, it is normal that you still have access to the projects that you joined. You won't have access to team projects that you hadn't joined. If you were removed from the team by your Admin or you left the team, then the account has been separated from the team. Simply removing a colleague from the team will NOT immediately revoke their access to projects they've already joined.
• "Can it be because projects was created before the team?" —> No it doesn't have anything to do with that. You are simply now an external collaborator and not a team member anymore.
