添付の画像のようなボタンが出てきて押したら、ますが、チームへの参加はできないままです。

ベーシックプランのままの表示になります。

そのため、マインドマップを使用できる枚数が限られています。

なので、どうしても会社のチームに入って、マインドマイスターを利用する必要があります。

解決策のご教授よろしくお願いいたします。

Hi, thanks for the further explanation and all the details. I am sorry to see that you're facing these issues.

I would recommend that you click on the blue button that says "Accept invitation". Please send a screenshot of what happens after you press it, so that I can see the error.

If the invitation has been sent more than 14 days ago, then it might have expired already. In that case, you would need to ask the other team administrator again to invite you to the team once more.

変わらずマインドマップも3枚目までが限界なのです。

招待メールは、8/7に送ってもらったものなので、期限は切れてないと思います。

So, that is really weird behavior. I think there is not much that you can do on your end here, it seems like you are doing everything correctly. I am very sorry that you are facing this issue, I know how frustrating this can be.

I would recommend two next steps:

1. I would recommend that you ask your team admin, if he or she can cancel the invite. And then create a new invite. Maybe this will solve a potential bug.
2. If step number 1 that does not work, then I would recommend contacting Meister's Support Team , and explain the issue in detail. When you contact support, I would recommend including as much information as possible:

• include which account and mind maps are affected, any screenshot are super helpful
• include the information about the team that you are trying to join, e.g., the team name or email address of the other team administrator
• Please enable access to your account. You can find a guide how to do this here: How to- Enable Access
  
• Please send a screenshot or video when the error occurs with the developer console open. To open the developer console in Google Chrome, open the Chrome Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser window and select More Tools > Developer Tools. You can also use Option + ⌘ + J (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux).
